*Complete wedding day coverage typically starts two to two and a half hours before the
ceremony and concludes with candid pictures taken after the cake, bouquet and garter
toss.  It includes coverage of one ceremony and one reception.  This is no location limit.
There is a maximum time limit of eight hours. (Extra ceremonies, receptions and time
can be covered for an additional fee).

PORTRAIT EXCHANGE RATE

The sizes and amounts of portraits included in the wedding packages can be adjusted.
The exchange rate is as follows:
1-5x7 = 2-5x5s
1-8x10 = 2-5x7s
1-8x10 = 3-5x5s
1-11x14 = 4-8x10s
1-two 5x7 folio = 4-5x7s

PORTRAIT REPRINT PRICES

		*Reprint orders placed within eight weeks of your wedding day will receive $2.00 
off each reprint ordered.
		**These portraits are mounted and ready for framing. Canvas texturing is available.

ENGAGEMENT SITTINGS

The engagement sitting included in our wedding packages is one of the tools we use to
insure your wedding pictures are the highest quality possible.
This sitting gives us a chance to get to know each other, it enables us to see how you
photograph the best, plus it give you the opportunity to learn what types of poses and
facial expressions you prefer for yourselves.

1-8x10 and 2-5x7 portraits are included with this sitting

This sitting must be completed Monday through Thursday, no later than eight weeks
before your wedding.

FAMILY ALBUMS

These albums are an elegant and thoughtful thank you for your parents and other special people.

GIFT FOLIOS

Gift folios are leather-like folders which elegantly display matted portraits and are often used 
thank you gifts for bridal party members.

The folios listed below include two portraits

As a way of saying thank you, for each referral you give which results in a booking, you will receive one free 1-8x10.

1.  A $600.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
2.  A non-refundable deposit of the balance of the package price is due two weeks before your wedding. 
(All of the above mentioned deposits are applied to your wedding package).
3.  All orders for photographs purchased from the Portrait Reprint Price List, family albums, engagement proof and negatives, 
and folios require a 50% deposit.  The balance is due when you receive them.

*  All prices are subject to sales tax.
*  All prices are subject to change without notice.  (See contract for details) 
*  There is no limit to the amount of pictures taken during your wedding day.
*  Black and white photography is available upon request if you are running on time the day of  your wedding.
*  The wedding proof sets available in packages B and D through F will only be available for sale up until the time your 
    wedding album is delivered.
*  There is a $20.00 per month storage fee for albums and proofs not picked up within four weeks of notification of completion.
