Viewing Caught SPAM
To view your caught spam, login to your
account via our WebMail System at
http://webmail.linkline.com/ using your email
address and password. Once logged in, you will see the
Spam or Trash folders.
Enabling or Disabling SPAMTrap
The SPAMTrap system is automatically enabled by
default for any new @linkline.com email accounts. All
trapped incoming spam will be filtered into your Spam
WebMail folder.
- Login to our Account Information System (AIS) at
https://secure.linkline.com/ using your primary
username and password (1,2,3):

- Once logged in, you will see a menubar on the
left hand side of the page. Click on "E-Mails"
(4):

- The next page will be displayed, showing all of
the email addresses associated with your account.
Click on the "Edit" (5)
button next to the email address you wish to enable
or disable SPAMTrap for:

- Once the next page is displayed, scroll down to
towards the bottom under the linkLINE SPAMTrap
heading. Here is where you enable or disable the
SPAMTrap system based on your filter selection (>6):

To DISABLE
SPAMTrap, change the setting to go to your Inbox.
To ENABLE the
SPAMTrap, change the setting to either forward
messages into the Spam Folder (default
setting) or into your Trash folder.
After making the changes, submit the form by
clicking the "Submit SPAMTrap Changes" button (>7).
Changes will take approximately 5 minutes to take
effect.
- If you have enabled the SPAMTrap, to view your
caught spam, login to your account via our WebMail
System at
http://webmail.linkline.com/ using your email
address and password. Once logged in, you will see
the Spam or Trash folders.
