1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on 'Tools'.
3. Click on 'Services'.
4. Select 'Internet Mail'
5. Click on 'Properties'
6. In the first field enter 'Linkline Mail'.
7. Then input your name, and e-mail address (yourusername@linkline.com).
8. Enter the incoming mail server, pop3.linkline.com.
9. Enter your username as your 'Account Name'.
   (If you have a domain, then enter yourusername%yourdomain.com)
10. Enter your password.
11. Click on 'Advanced Options'
12. Enter the outgoing mail server, smtp.linkline.com.
13. Click 'OK'.
14. Click 'OK'.
15. Click 'OK'.

Outlook 98

1. Open Outlook 98'.
2. Click on 'Tools'.
3. Click on 'Services'.
4. Select 'Internet Mail'
5. Click on 'Properties'

7. Click on the 'Servers' tab.
8. Enter the incoming mail server, pop3.linkline.com.
9. Enter the outgoing mail server, smtp.linkline.com.
10. Enter your username as your 'Account Name'.

11. Enter your password.
12. Click 'OK'.
13. Click 'Close'.
