Outlook 97
- Open Outlook.
- Click on 'Tools'.
- Click on 'Services'.
- Select 'Internet Mail'
- Click on 'Properties'
- In the first field enter 'Linkline Mail'.
- Then input your name, and e-mail address (yourusername@linkline.com).
- Enter the incoming mail server, pop3.linkline.com.
- Enter your username as your 'Account Name'.
(If you have a domain, then enter yourusername%yourdomain.com)
- Enter your password.
- Click on 'Advanced Options'
- Enter the outgoing mail server, smtp.linkline.com.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'OK'.
Outlook 98
- Open Outlook 98'.
- Click on 'Tools'.
- Click on 'Services'.
- Select 'Internet Mail'
- Click on 'Properties'

Mail'.
- Then input your name, and e-mail
address (yourusername@linkline.com).
- Click on the 'Servers' tab.
- Enter the incoming mail server, pop3.linkline.com.
- Enter the outgoing mail server, smtp.linkline.com.
- Enter your username as your 'Account Name'.
(If you have a domain, then enter yourusername%yourdomain.com)
- Enter your password.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'Close'.
